FM Conway is looking for a Traffic Management Operative to join us based from our Stevenage depot on a full time, permanent basis.
As our Traffic Management Operative you will work as part of a team to carry out a range of services including installing, maintaining and removing traffic management.

The Traffic Management Operative Role
- Working closely with management and crews and taking instructions from the management team
- Ensuring that sites are safe
- Carrying out on site assessments
- Taking appropriate action in the event of an emergency, particularly ensuring the appropriate people are notified
- To be on call out of hours on a rota basis if required
What we’re looking for in our Traffic Management Operative
To be considered for this role you will have knowledge of traffic management operation, hold a valid CSCS card and at least one of the below Traffic Management tickets.
