A wonderful opportunity in a Bradford Law firm has arisen for an energetic and motivated employee to join our established office.
The successful candidate will work closely with the principal and provide support to the broader team, undertaking a wide range of legal admin tasks to ensure a smooth running of the firm whilst offering excellent service to its clients.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have some administration experience in an office environment with the ability to learn quickly. They will also have excellent organisation and time management skills, talent, ambition, drive and be pro-active as well as being able work accurately under pressure. Experience within a similar profession is desirable but not essential. However, the ideal candidate will have some office work experience and secretarial or administration college accreditation.

Excellent communication and organisation skills, energy and enthusiasm, excellent written English and, above all else, a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Role Responsibilities:
- General administrative tasks, filing, photocopying, processing emails and organising paperwork.
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and re-directing to the appropriate person and taking accurate messages.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments and maintaining an up to date diary for Fee Earners.
- Managing a variety of queries from colleagues and clients.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, court and other third parties.
- Typing letters and other legal documents
- Administering files as well as opening files.
- Providing support to other Fee Earners when necessary.
