IRC223183 – TRADING ANALYST
At Eni, we are looking for a Trading Analyst within ETB in Eni House, 10 Ebury Bridge Rd, London SW1W 8PZ (ETB offices). You will be responsible for providing supporting the the traders, managing reporting, researching and model development and working on “ad hoc” projects to further the profitability of the team.

As a member of the trading team at ETB you will be responsible for:
- Analysing of market data in order to help develop and execute trades.
- Data entry for cargo purchases and sales, hedges, freight and logistics costs, purchase and sales prices and additional costs related to each transaction.
- Data entry of derivatives transactions
- Cargo Tracking - set up, maintain and improve a “cargo tracking” excel sheet (vessels b/l, destination, ws rate.)
- Consulting with Middle Office for P&L reconciliation.
- Preparing various reports, calculations, and research projects:
- Market analysis (supply and demand, global arbitrage, margins).
- Internal reports on trading activity.
- Daily update of key market tracking information
- Arb and Crack calculations.
- Tracking refinery turnarounds.
- Risk management and market monitoring, as instructed and guided by traders
- Liaising with crude traders in Houston and Singapore as well as products trading desks
- Working with the Shipping, Chartering and Operations Departments
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- University Degree in a Quantitative Studies (Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Physics, or IT)
- Strong mathematics and programming skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Understanding of trading concepts.
- Good knowledge of English
