** Trade Counter Sales Assistant Required at Our Coalville Branch **

Monday – Friday: 7:20am – 5pm

Saturday: 7:20am – 12pm (Rotational Basis)

Due to the expanding and busy nature of our Branch we require a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our hard-working friendly team. You will be required to generate and co-ordinate sales through the office via telephone, face to face and email.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Serving customers in a professional and prompt manner.

• Answering phones and dealing with the enquiries

• Contact suppliers for costings and availability of Non-stocked products that are required

• Create a customer quote on the system & send to customer. Ensuring that you follow up your quotes on a weekly basis.

• When a quote is accepted, generate the sale

• Obtain stock from the warehouse to replenish within the shop.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

· Positive/can-do attitude

· Excellent customer service skills

· Good organisational and IT skills

· Smart Appearance

· Attention to Detail

Desirable:

· Previous experience in the Builders Merchant industry
