Liverpool is fast becoming one of Europe’s most popular tourist destinations and St Johns Beacon is established as a must visit attraction in the city. With guest numbers continuously rising, we are recruiting more full and part time Guides to join our team here at the tower.
Whilst no tour guide experience is necessary, what is essential is experience of working with the public and excellent communication skills. An interest in history, particularly the history of Liverpool would be an advantage – or at least a desire to learn about it!
Suitable candidates with an outgoing personality and good communication skills will be considered and they must also be able to make a decent cup of tea!
Applicants selected for interview will be notified by mid-June and interviews will be held shortly after here at the Radio City Tower.
Please note that the working hours are Wedneday - Sunday, minimum of 27.5 hours per week. Please also do not apply if you are still in full time education.
