Salary: currently £32,226 – 35,572 per annum
Hours / Workstyle: 35 per week (annualised) Flexible and Hybrid subject to service needs - Permanent

The Role
We’re looking to recruit a passionate, strategic-thinking leader who will empower and support student representatives and leaders to shape and improve the University, the wider community and world around them.
You will love working with students and helping to amplify their voices through various feedback mechanisms will be your bread and butter. Boasting great analytical and communication skills, you will lead a small team and work in partnership with key stakeholders to maximise results and the value of the feedback we receive.
Armed with enthusiasm, tenacity and a can-do attitude, you will make sure our student voice function is well-coordinated, holistic and supports operational management and strategic level initiatives.
