Looking for a position that will use your customer service, creative flair, operational skills and passion for Scotland in a new and exciting environment? Little’s Chauffeur Drive are looking for a Tour Coordinator to join our team in the rapidly expanding leisure side of our business to help us to provide experiences of a lifetime for our clients.
The Role
When you are part of our team, no two days are the same! One day you could be helping one of our chauffeurs with accommodation bookings and the next it could be designing a 10 day itinerary for a client touring Scotland.
The tour department handle all incoming tour enquiries from luxury travel agencies to private clients. The tours are all bespoke and designed to the client’s individual requirement the role will involve providing quotations for these and then when they are confirmed, administering them through the point the tour takes place.
The Person
We need someone with a “can do” attitude who takes great pride in providing excellent customer service. You must be highly organised and able to handle working on many different tasks – all at the same time as well as thriving whilst working under pressure. You will have an excellent geographical knowledge of Scotland so you can confidently advise our clients and chauffeurs. Being creative with excellent writing skills is also very helpful for the role.
Many of our team come from a hospitality or events background, giving them a great understanding of the luxury market, and excellence in customer service our clients expect. Previous experience in the events/hospitality/tourism industry would be a distinct advantage in this position, but what is essential is the right attitude, a desire to learn new skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
The Hours
The hours for the role are based primarily on a five day week for 8 hours per day. Flexibility in working hours is essential during particularly busy times.
