Responsibilities
The purpose of the role is to ensure the platform tools are best utilised by the customers based on their requirements with development, configuration and support by tools specialist. Your new role would require a hands-on working with a range of different DevOps tools.
- Taking the ownership of responsibility and working on new ideas.
- Good stakeholder communication and potential to drive the discussions in replacing the legacy tools with appropriate organisation recommended ones.
- Drive and Manage the new tool implementation activities.
- Ability to recommend right set of tools and provide consultancy on appropriate usage by working closely with architect forum within the organisation.
- Drive technical issues to closure by coordinating with the third party teams if required
- Ability to impose right governance (induce right set of rules and implement them by working closely with the security teams internally for appropriate usage of tools)
- Extensive knowledge on the Devops & other set of tools (Version Control with GitLab, Sonatype Products ( IQ | Nexus Repository Manager), Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Verecode, Ansible, Terraform, Packer, along with many other tools on our dynamic DevSecOps Platform
- Should have experience on architecting micro services.
- Should have experience on Java and Python.

- Problem solving: track record of using strong analytical skills and intuition to analyse data and interpret business insights and trends. Uses data to support decision making and develop the best solutions
