Job Title: Domestic Cleaner
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Hours: Approx 16 hours per week (Flexible working hours)

Salary: National living wage
We are a letting agent based in Spalding and we are currently seeking an experienced cleaner to join our team as an In-House domestic Cleaner . The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning our residential properties to a high standard and ensuring they are ready for new tenants, as well as regular communal cleans on Shared properties
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all areas of our residential properties to a high standard, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
- Ensuring all surfaces are clean and free of clutter.
- Placing bedding on beds for marketing photos.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the management team.
- Ensuring all cleaning equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning.
- A valid driving licence.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
This is a 0 hour contract with flexible working hours. The approximate hours of work will be 16 hours per week, however, this may vary depending on our business needs.
