Job description

Administrator

To assist with general office administration and management duties which may include (this list is not exhaustive):

  • working on manual and computerised business systems
  • answering and fulfilling telephone enquires from customers and staff
  • responding to email enquiries from customers
  • responding to social media enquiries from customers
  • distributing pro-active communications to customers with updates about our services
  • organising and managing staffing rotas including planning holiday and emergency cover
  • interviewing, recruitment, induction, monitoring and exit processing of employees
  • issuing and checking session attendance registers against computer records
  • financial administration and record keeping
  • dealing with and filing paperwork
  • dealing with venue managers and venue bookings
  • coordinating the update and restocking of session binders with the necessary paperwork
  • the promotion, marketing and sales of the Little Kickers activity classes
  • timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer
  • other general office administration duties as required

Essential knowledge and experience

  • Computer literacy: a working knowledge of Microsoft's internet browser, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Abode PC software applications.
