Using state of the art digital technology, Inspired Schools online operates two established divisions – InterHigh, a non-selective fee paying online secondary school established in 2005 and B2B division serving other educational providers, schools, local authorities, and other public bodies under A21.
This role and team are focused on school administration and timetable tasks including but not limited to all building of timetables and timetable changes.
This team will focus on delivering excellent customer service, as it will be the first point of contact for internal departments as well as King’s InterHigh families offering support whenever they need it particularly pertaining to timetables
Continuous training and development will be provided to ensure you have the tools to meet our customer service standards and so we are data protection compliant and follow Company procedures, so we can continue to make improvements in order the grow the business.
This administration team is part of a wider Operations team but will work closely with all other areas of the business, to stay up to date with policies and procedures and to achieve a high first-time resolution rate for the customer, so they do not need to make repeat contact.
The successful candidate will join the Inspired Online Operations team, reporting directly into the Admin Lead for Operations, supporting the operational delivery for King’s InterHigh.
Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Be responsible for providing world class support Kings InterHigh families
- Support all general administration tasks and internal project work
- Support all areas of timetables, attendance and co-curricular- supported by the education teams
- Keep up to date with Education developments within the company, to ensure the most accurate information is shared with parents
Qualifications and Education Requirements
The candidate ideally will be qualified up to degree level.
Specific administration would be an advantage.
Skills and attributes
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly computer literate with strong system skills
- Excellent Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a team and individually.
- Ability to manage your own workload effectively.
- Capable of working effectively in dynamic and changing environments.
- Experience of working in administration or a school environment.
- Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage
