The TikTok Shop Partnership team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners and responsible for partners' performance. We are looking for an experienced TikTok shop/Agency development and operation partner to educate and collaborate with TSP, the role will based in London/Shanghai.
The objective of the TikTok Shop Partnership Development and Operation Manager is to develop and drive TSP's business through training and leading project.This candidate will take part in education of sellers and also analysis traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help TSP support seller's succeed on the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
Firmly establish TikTok as an e-commerce platform of choice for brands through establishing strong relationships with E-com or Ad agency across(creative, social, production, influencer).
- Establish themselves as the primary liaison and TikTok advocate for their agency patch, with a specific focus on key stakeholders. Drive adoption and growth with partners, with a strategic focus on high priority categories and accounts
- Support partners throughout the development process, from identifying opportunities, inputs to strategic brief, through creative consult, production, delivery and ultimately measurement and effectiveness
- Be responsible for TikTok Shop Partners'(TSP) GMV performance and growth by educating and training TSP with live strategy, helping TSP analysis and diagnosis traffic and sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct research, survey and data analysis to further understand TSP's sellers and helping them improve
- Implement different TSP's growth strategies based on TSPs' different development stage
- Design and launch TSP incentive system and activities to encourage TSP's engagement
- Working on TSP's daily issues and centralize the problem and escalate
- Constantly work with category team to managing TSP's seller's performance, also matching suitable sellers with TSP
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, or project management, consultancy, or operations strategy
- A detailed understanding of the agency landscape
- Data driven; an analytical thinker and experienced in using data and metrics to drive decisions
- Self-starter, rapid learner and able to navigate ambiguous work environments
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, excellent prioritization skills
- Fluent in English,Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working in BD within a similar tech,ecommerce platform or agency
- Personal network in place with agency contacts across creative, social, production, influencer agencies
- Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing, entrepreneurial environment
