JOB TITLE: Ticketing Assistant

REPORTING TO: Ticketing Manager

CONTRACT: Casual

HOURS OF WORK: Varied

LOCATION: Meadow Lane, Nottingham

ROLE PURPOSE

To make sure that supporters receive exceptional service during their ticket purchases whist being proactive in dealing with supporters queries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that inbound phone calls to the ticket office are answered promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Provide collection and postage fulfilment as required by the Ticket Office team.
  • Working on either the sales or collections windows to provide an efficient and professional service to all matchday guests.
  • Always be presentable when working and demonstrate you can represent the face of the Club in the manner expected.
  • Ensuring the successful sale of tickets both in person and over the telephone.
  • Cash handling and card payments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Always provide great service and be committed to being a team player.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Have a good understanding of the sports industry.
  • Flexible approach to work and working hours. Will be required to work evenings and weekends, when required.
  • Works well within a team.
