Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional and efficient customer service to supporters at all times.
- Respond to incoming calls and determine customer requirements.
- Process ticket sales accurately and promptly.
- Ensure proper collection and accurate updating of data in compliance with GDPR.
- Handle transactions and process debit and credit card sales.
- Perform daily reconciliation of banking
- Inform supporters about available matches and other products.
- Assist in resolving any ticketing inquiries or issues.
- Perform related administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is essential.
- Proficient computer skills; training will be provided for the in-house system.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
