Please see the attached job description and person specification for full details. To provide therapy to children as directed by qualified therapists, this can include therapy programmes. You will be expected to liaise with other therapy staff, qualified and non-qualified, other staff in the team around the child, parents and most importantly the child / young person themselves. To provide clinical admin support to therapists to support their clinical duties.
To be responsible for carrying out activities and planning activities once the aims are provided by the therapist. To work without direct supervision and / or on another site e.g. school, liaising with other agencies and organising / negotiating own appointments and modelling therapy. To be accountable for own actions and recognise own boundaries, seeking advice as appropriate including second opinions and onward referrals.

If successful this vacancy will require an enhanced DBS check at a cost of £41.90. This cost will be deducted from your first Trust salary In addition to this it will be a condition of your employment that you will join the DBS update service and pay the annual subscription fee of £13.
