Mint People are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate Catering Assistants to join our team at a Venue in the YO26 area! Please note this a remote location.
Temp to Permanent Role
Weekday day Rate £11.00 per hour
Weekend Rate £12.00 per hour
Full time of 40 hours per week:
Working 5 out of 7 days per week, weekends on rotation.
6.30am – 15.00pm or 11.00am – 19.30pm (rotating rota).
- 10.30am – 19.00pm (Weekend hours)
Role:
The Catering team as a whole is responsible for maintaining high standards throughout the Estate. This job description is written at a specific time and is subject to change as the demands of the Estate and the role develops. The role requires flexibility and adaptability and the employees of the Estate need to be aware that they may be asked to perform tasks and be given responsibilities not detailed in this job description.
- Prepare, set up and clear counters ready for service
- Basic food prep
- Adhering to the Health & Safety and Food Policy
- Serving students and staff food and beverages
- Using the dishwasher
- Restocking fridges with raw goods
- Attend all training as and when required
- Adhere to all food and Health and Safety Guidelines
- Carry out any other duties requested by the Catering Manager, Head Chef and Catering Supervisors
