Permanent, 40 hours per week, Term Time (41 working weeks, including training days)
£28,305-£30,529 pro rata per annum to reflect term time working (£31,640-£34,126 FTE)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our caring and compassionate team, committed to providing the very best quality of care and support to children (6–19) and young adults (19-25) to enable them to reach their full potential.
Providing clear direction and leadership within the house, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the house and the standard of care provided by staff. The aim being that students are provided with high quality care and support which meets their needs, supports their learning, growth and development and above all ensures that their wellbeing is protected and promoted at all times.
