ABOUT ELC CREATIVE
Estee Lauder Companies are looking for a talented Videographer to join their in-house creative studio, ELC Studios. Based in London, ELC Studios operate across the full portfolio of ELC brands in the UK market.
After recently opening its new in-house video and photography studio, ELC Studios produces exceptional 360 campaign visuals for the UK market, and on occasion, global lead campaigns.
Coming on board at a midweight level, you will be working within the ELC Studios Videography and Video Editing team consisting of Videographers, Video Editors and Motion Designers. Working closely with a team of Producers, Art Directors, Photographers and Post-Production teams to deliver extraordinary creative output of the highest quality.
This role requires someone with a strong video editing and videography background. The ideal candidate will be confident in lighting, camera operating and directing. Experience in motion design and colour grading is a plus. It requires someone with a positive team culture focus and the ability to work on multiple projects to support the Senior Videographer and the rest of the Videography and Video Editing team.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
- Responsible for supporting the Art Directors in order to push the creative and delivering on brand quality through a strong understanding of ELC brands.
- Support in elevating Estée Lauder as a creative leader with innovative creative executions.
- Concept and edit video and animations for digital and social campaigns across all platforms including digital, mobile, social, out-of-home and in-store to create multi-channel content.
- Responsible for delivering lighting tests, lighting setups to cater to brief requirements, acting as Gaffer and Camera Operator on set.
- Creating storyboards and visual storytelling within concept development ensuring we are delivering innovative creative at all times.
- Support in managing video equipment and inventory.
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders to ensure the process flow is efficient and productive.
- Collaborating with the Art Directors on set to achieve their vision on model and still life shoots.
- Editing of footage into a range of formats for use across social, in-store, online, DOOH & OOH, including, long form and short form.
- Ability to edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro and knowledge of Davinci Resolve would be a bonus.
- Research new editing techniques and ways to improve current processes, work closely with Video Team to discuss ideas and support each other.
- Responsible for motion graphics as well as the ability to confidently sound mix, colour grade, and re-version, under tight deadlines and within budget.
- Help to develop the style, tone and quality of ELC video content.
- Responsible for working to specs and brand guidelines and supporting in the creative process

Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of all video related software’s and systems.
- Storyboarding and video editing experience.
- Understanding of typography and layout ensuring a strong eye for composition, colours and fonts.
- Experience with all usage and media from social to in-store.
- Drive for innovation and a luxury mindset.
- Strong Motion Design experience using Adobe After Effects.
- Experience operating Arri Alexa Mini and Sony A7S cameras is a plus.
