What is a Territory Manager in the Distributor Team? In line with our values, ethical methods and quality of service, your daily work will utilise your skills to maintain and develop existing and new customer relationships to maximise the potential of our independent and large-scale outlets in your sales territory within our portfolio of trade, retail, and automotive brands.
In this exciting and engaging role, you will be afforded the autonomy to use your initiative to grow profitability through executing sales plans, marketing and promotional incentives, new product launches, merchandising, reviewing, and increasing brand presence, awareness and leadership while identifying and executing new business opportunities.
The ability to deliver high customer service levels and deliver on commitments is essential to ensure the market continues to use our products above all others.
The successful candidate must have a full driving license, which is required for duties in the role. What is most important is a customer focused mindset, an outgoing, positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
You may have a background in sales or account management but given our passion around the development of people, we will support, coach, and enable you to grow sales & negotiation skills.
