I felt part of the family and fully involved and when I qualified as an RMN I became a permanent band 5 staff nurse on the unit. From there I've progressed onto becoming a band 6 Clinical Team Leader. And it hasn't stopped there! I've continued to develop and grow within Collingham and the CNWL CAMHS family and have had opportunities to act up into a band 7 managerial role for a few weeks as I continue my career progression path”
