As a Tenancy Sustainment Officer you will work to ensure the sustainability of tenancies by providing support to new and existing tenants with vulnerabilities and complex needs including, but not exclusive to, mental health, drug and alcohol issues, safeguarding concerns and self-harm.
You will conduct an initial assessment of customers and undertake referrals to appropriate agencies, develop and review tenancy sustainment action plans, and monitor interventions of cases to ensure that customers wellbeing is managed effectively.
You'll need to be passionate, with a desire to provide a high-quality, customer focused service. You will need excellent interpersonal skills in order to build, maintain and work in effective partnerships with customers, colleagues and partnership agencies.
The role is full time (36 ¼ hours per week) in accordance with smart working and service requirements. Work may be home, office and field-based - flexibility is required.
