The Role
Following a significant investment with state-of-the-art Edge String Machine technology, we are looking for a talented centre Supervisor to lead and develop a culture within our team to ensure exceptional customer service. You will be passionate, energetic, sales driven and will assume day-to-day operation of our extremely busy tenpin facility.
- In conjunction with the General Manager, develop, action, and maintain an agreed sales and marketing plan.
- Ensure all reservations are entered into our reservation bowling system (Conqueror) in a detailed manner and all group bookings are administered accordingly.
- Have a basic but good understanding on general day-to-day preventative maintenance and action repairs in a timely fashion.
- Responsible for ensuring all standard operating policies and health and safety procedures, compliance, staff training, appraisals and controls are adhered to.
- Take an active role in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to increase areas for growth and financial improvement.
- Ensure rigorous systems of financial control are in place and that all key financial targets are met to ensure maximum ROI.
- Always provide a safe and secure environment for both staff and customers including a high level of cleanliness throughout Tenpin.
- Help and support clients of our existing Tenpin leagues and future tournaments.
- Provide support to the team on the centre floor when required, particularly during food type group bookings.
- Ensure all gaming and entertainment machines are working correctly in conjunction with our external suppliers.
- Experience with our POS system (Zonal) would be an advantage.
- Applicants must hold a Personal Licence.
The Candidate
- Experience within a hands-on supervisor role within a tenpin centre
- Have experience in leading and supporting staff with great communication skills.
- Determination, enthusiasm, and patience within a fast-paced moving environment.
- Flexible to meet requirements of the business and highly adaptable to change.
- Be approachable, helpful and a strong team player.

Salary - £21,000 - £25,000 per year
