Our firm is looking for a responsible and highly motivated individual to join our team of Customer Service Representatives. The successful candidate will help provide high quality service to clients and prospective clients. The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with a passion for his or her work, and who is excited about helping our business grow in the right direction.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries, including telephone inquiries and in-store visits.
- Resolve customer problems.
- Write reports and analyse statistics to identify trends and issues within the company.
- Direct customers to the appropriate department or to handle specialised problems.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on products or services, such as billing and technical support.
- Evaluate customer data and trends.
- Answer questions regarding the company's services.
