Temproary Hospotality Staff for Awards Ceremony London, England
Job description
We new a leading interior design publishing business who host Awards each year at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park lane , London. We are looking for 5 temporary members of staff to work alongside publishing s staff at the event on Friday 17 September.
You should have excellent communication skills, be used to working with people, have a smart appearance and appropriate clothing (either a black suit, tuxedo or evening dress - plain black. ).
You will be greeting guests as they arrive at this prestigious event and checking them to check in.
Hours - 5.30 arrive at the venue for a 45 minute induction.
6.130 - break and time for you to change for the evening.
7.00 pm prepare to greet guests
8.30 - dinner
9.30 - 12. 30 - in your location within the main ballroom to usher guests or help with the evenings proceedings.
Expermeice in the hospitality/events sector is an advantage.
Houses - 5.30 - 12.30 . 30 minute break and meal break.
Interviews will be conducted online onTuesday/Wednesday this week.
