Job description

ABOUT US

We are National Energy Action (NEA) – and our vision is to end fuel poverty; our work to improve and promote energy efficiency brings social, environmental, housing and employment benefits. Since 2021, the number of people plunged into fuel poverty has skyrocketed. The energy crisis has resulted in millions of people unable to stay safe and warm in their own homes. Our figures show that the number of UK households in fuel poverty increased from 6.7 million to a new high of 7.5 million in April 2023. Our services have never been in more demand.
