A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts Driver to join our Parts Team at Porsche Centre Tonbridge.
This role is a part-time position, working 25 hours per week 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime available.
Standard customer service is not enough here at Porsche Centre Tonbridge and we’re looking for someone who is reliable, self-motivated, flexible, with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with the Parts Team on the requirements of deliveries every day.
- To deliver sold parts to trade and retail customers.
- Protect all parts so that they are delivered in a safe and undamaged way.
- Ensure all customers are dealt with in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.
- Provide assistance and information and pass on any customer comments or concerns to the Parts Team.
- Report any damage caused to the vehicle or parts either by yourself or others whilst in our care.
- Ensure the security and safety of the vehicle at all times and be fully aware of Company policy regarding accidents while driving under Company Insurance.
- Taking payments from customers where necessary
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced driver with an impeccable driving record
- Car dealership/motor trade experience preferable, but not essential
- Working knowledge of cars, ideally Porsche
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude
- Punctual & reliable
In return we are offering a competitive salary of up to £14,720 OTE, dependant on experience.
