Job description
We are looking for a enthusiastic Quality Officer with proven experience within the House Building/Construction industry and a strong, thorough knowledge of The Quality Standards to join the Construction and Regeneration team.
This role works closely with the external Clerk of Works and Project Managers, and will identify approaches and methods to improve overall quality whilst monitoring construction performance and compliance on site.
We are looking for someone who has a good eye for detail, is inquisitive and provides solutions! You will be driven by quality, well organised and tenacious.
To have an exceptional eye and attention to detail, to ensure all products and services meet quality standards and requirements, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work closely with others.
This role will require you to travel between sites 3-4 days a week. The sites are mainly in Wembley, Stockwell, Hertford, Hayes, Ealing, Acton and the surrounding area.

On 13th March 2023, the boards of Network Homes and Sovereign have approved proposals to merge and become a new housing association. The target date for the completion of the merger is October 2023.
