Contract: Fixed Term Contract (until 10th September 2023)

To be worked – Monday 11:00am -15:00pm, Tuesday 11:00am -15:00pm, Friday 11:00am -15:00pm

We are looking for outgoing and customer focused people to join our Visitor Experience team at Durham Cathedral. You could be greeting visitors at our Visitor Desk, guiding visitors round our Museum or looking after customers in our Shop. Wherever you are working you will be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to all our visitors.
You will be a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm and understanding of what makes a great day out. You will already have some experience in a customer facing role and will have a flexible and ‘can do’ approach. An interest in the history of Durham Cathedral would be an advantage.
Please note that both of these roles are fixed term contracts until 10th September 2023.
