Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our digital studio based just outside of Glasgow. You will be responsible for the ongoing development and refinement of paid media strategies for a portfolio of clients across a range of industry sectors.
We are ideally looking for someone who has worked across: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Amazon. A digital expert, experienced in developing and driving strategies based on tangible analytics and you will be innovative and keen to bring fresh ideas into the agency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing paid media campaigns with large budgets across a range of industries that use differing KPIs to define success
- Developing and refining paid media strategy
- Delivering client reports and proposing further action
- Campaign, conversion and analytics set-up, including audience definition
- Auditing paid media accounts and developing clear roadmaps for driving performance
You’ll need:
- A vision of the ‘big picture’ and keen to understanding of what represents success for clients
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- To be comfortable in the day-to-day campaign analytics, optimizing for results in real time
- A good understanding of the latest trends in the paid media landscape and be eager to implement these tactics into our strategies.
- First class relationship management skills
- Since the digital industry moves so quickly it’s imperative this person has a very strong focus on innovation and continual progression
