The team

The Design Teams are responsible for all customer facing design. Our designers work across all channels ensuring the output is of the highest standard and on brand. We create campaign masters, store graphics, packaging, illustrations, digital and UX/UI, covering both static and motion executions.
Your purpose
The premise is to provide an essential link between the Design teams and the Studio. You’ll make design-based decisions and liaise with the designers when finalising master artwork. You’ll also work across-platform to provide master artwork for all print and screen output and producing it with accuracy in readiness for the studio handover.
This is a temporary role to cover project work for 6 – 12 months and will be paid at c£200 per day.
Your role
- Take the designer’s briefing and bring it to life in local language.
- Interpret design references provided in accordance with our corporate guidelines.
- Develop final campaign masters across necessary formats, including digital display masters for our in-house automation platform.
- Prepare photography and graphics for final output.
- To own the handover to the integrated production artists for supply of finalised campaign artwork.
What you’ll bring
- A good understanding of print and digital processes – proficiency in InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and After Effects is essential.
- Extensive knowledge of print production techniques with strong layout and typographical abilities.
- Time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Communication skills to interact with designers, project managers and all other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of storing artwork in an efficient and clear way.
- Excellent talents in retouching and visualising.
