They are looking to expand their Customer Service team with a Temporary Customer Service Advisor as they are experiencing growth. This role offers great experience in a team with fantastic supportive culture in their high-tech modern office in the Centre of London.
Job Description
The main responsibilities for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor:
- You will be supporting the business by responding to customer queries and offering support.
- Work with customers over the telephone, email, live web-chats.
- Be the the first point of contact for customers, responding in an efficient time and manner.
- Handle complaints and be able solve them.
- Follow business protocols and processes.
- Communicate with other departments in the business to ensure a smooth customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor:
- Have experience in working towards KPIs.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous work experience in a contact centre environment.
- Have available travel into London.
- Have experience in Customer Service and over the phone/ email handling experience.
