Cocktail Machine UK is looking for a passionate and driven remote Telesales Representative based in the Manchester area.
Your role at Cocktail Machine:
You will be home-based and contact prospects across the UK who have requested more information about our solutions, either via social media channels or through the company website, from a list of business leads that will be provided to you by our company. You will also be expected to generate your own leads.
Your role will be to explain the details of our offers in depth and sell the most suitable solutions, after gaining a clear understanding of the needs of each prospect.
You will be working closely and liaise with an Account Manager who will support you in your work, and will be required to meet monthly sales targets set by senior members of the sales team.
The candidate profile we are looking for:
A proficient English speaker, with a motivated and driven personality. A passion and previous experience working in sales roles, specifically telesales, is essential to succeed in this role as well as a strong inclination for customer service and developing relationships with clients. Any experience working in a bar environment and a knowledge of cocktails is a bonus.
- You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail, and you are able to work as part of a small team.
- You are confident with telesales and you are driven and determined to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management platforms.
- You are keen to develop an in-depth understanding of the Food & Beverage industry - specifically cocktails - and gain a strong knowledge of bar operations.
- Full UK driving licence essential, as this will allow the candidate to gain further responsibilities and grow within the company further down the line.
