We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to work at Weston-Super-Mare Train Station! The role will be working alongside other team members to help with crowd management, security incidents on site and to be there for any queries too. The role is a great position to allow you to be flexible around other commitments, as well as giving full SIA training if needed too.
This role is to work the following shift pattern - Friday 17:00 to 00.15, Saturday 17:00 to 23:00, Sunday 17:00 to 00:15
Duties of the role:
- Patrols of the site
- Dealing with antisocial behaviour or people who are under the influence
- Helping customers with issues and queries
- Responding to security and medical incidents
- Escalating any security breaches
- Liaising with the authorities when required
- Report writing, incident logging etc.
- Adhering to the customers security standards at all times
