Olleco is a market leader within the recycling and renewable energy sector, employing over 1000 people across 15 sites in the UK.
This role is focused on expanding our client base in the hospitality sector, specifically focused on the London and Greater London area. You’ll be selling a service: the provision of fresh cooking oil and its collection as a used product ready for recycling.
This varied, exciting and fast-paced role is part of a fun and friendly division connected through technology. With daily meetings, a supportive manager and excellent training, you’ll always feel part of a team.
This remote role will require the successful candidate to attend a meeting in our Southall Depot in London once a month. The Initial training will also require one week’s training in Southall, London.
Tasks
- Promoting the company’s market-leading services through phone and email
- Making outbound sales calls – we’ll provide the prospect lists! These include warm leads, past customers and cold leads on the rare occasion the other 2 run out
- Dealing with inbound sales enquiries – these are the best!
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Customer account set-up and handover
About you
- You will preferably have a good knowledge of the London regions
- Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
- The ability to bounce back and move on to the next task
- Ideally, you’ll have a background in tele- or face-to-face sales - however, this is all about personality and focus!
The job
- Basic Salary - £25,750
- Easily-achievable target commission of £8,000; commission is uncapped - we would expect all team members to exceed this target
- Mon – Fri 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours)
