About the role

As a customer support team member you will be responsible for making the customers journey with Brillband simple and engaging. You will achieve this through keeping interactions simple and easy, demonstrating your finely tuned customer service skills on a daily basis.
You will be working as part of a small but very important team.
You will:
- Provide exceptional customer service via live chat, email, phone and social media.
- Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Positively contribute to the team culture.
- Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions to benefit our customers and the business.
- Drive continuous innovation and actively improve processes, workflows and service to our customers.
- Proactively seek and create solutions for potential issues.
You need:
- Previous experience of a contact centre environment is desirable.
- Previous experience in telco, utilities or banking is desirable.
- Strong customer centric thought process.
- Touch typing desirable
- We are a fast moving, constantly changing business. Ability to adapt to change is paramount.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance workload and schedules with multiple priorities is essential.
