Telesales Executive
Jurassic Fibre is a rapidly growing fibre broadband provider looking for a Telesales Executive to join our existing team and support our efforts to scale the business and grow our customer base.as we transform the fibre industry in the South West.
We are looking for motivated and results-driven individuals to join our Outbound Telesales team and offer fantastic customer service combined with accurate information about our product and associated offers. You must have great communication skills and be comfortable talking to customers about our products and services over the phone. A key part of this conversation will be overcoming any objections that they may raise in the course of the call.
Excellent earning potential: Up to £38,250 OTE- Mobile & Laptop to keep you connected

Key Duties:
- You will be making outbound calls and must be comfortable speaking to potential or existing customers to let them know about our products and services and be friendly and approachable whilst you do this, answering any questions about our products and offers
- When a customer decides to join us you will process their order and ensure all their details are captured correctly and ensure they have signed up for a package that best suits their needs
- Working with your manager you will be monitoring your progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and working on your personal development
- You will be working closely with the wider sales team to develop the new customer pipeline and ensure our customers are looked after seamlessly
- As our product offers change you will work with your manager to ensure you know each product inside out so that you can always ensure you are knowledgeable for customers
Qualifications & Experience:
- Outbound sales experience is essential
- Previous experience of working in a customer service, sales or telesales operation
- You will be experienced and focused on delivering great customer service
- You will be familiar with working with customer management systems along with Microsoft office
- You will be a good communicator and enjoy talking to and listening to customers, ensuring attention to detail with the ability to handle and overcome objections from customers
- You will be able to take feedback and be committed to working on your personal development
- Experience within the Telecoms industry desirable, but not essential
