Bidfood Battersea currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive in our successful London sales team. This role would ideally suit someone with passion, drive, self-motivation and a desire to succeed.
Most important of all is a “Can Do” attitude in all you do to ensure you are successful in the role.
Working alongside our team of Business Managers you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing territory sales data, minimizing order losses and creating and maintaining a prospect database. You’ll be required to manage your own customer base and through careful analysis of on screen data and account statistics, you will help every customer to purchase across our product range, selling in new lines, link and gap selling, and maximizing customer spend.
Your performance will be in line with agreed company KPIs including existing account growth and new business prospecting and will be supported by your Line Manager
You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills along with an understanding of what it takes to regularly exceed sales targets. Excellent customer relations and a flexible approach are essential. You will ideally reside within commuting distance to the Battersea Depot.
You’ll be a strong and natural communicator and team player, used to working in a busy and challenging environment. You will be motivated, organised, flexible and driven to achieve results whilst building effective working relationships over the telephone.
