We are seeking a highly motivated and growth-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer orders from start to finish and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Job Functions
- Write up all orders that come in house and give to appropriate department for next step
- Manage Orders email to ensure that no orders are missed
- Track all shipments/orders to ensure there are no delays
- Prepare customer documents accurately and correctly
- Check all documents for accuracy before they are sent to the customer
- Prep orders for invoicing
- Attendance in morning meetings on T/TH
- Take customer orders by telephone/email
- Process orders correctly through a proprietary ERP system to reflect real time inventory
- Provide accurate documents to customers and third parties using software programs and data entry
- Educate the customer when applicable to prevent the need of additional contact and documents
- Schedule LTL shipments and audit charges once received
- Ascertain customer requests and issues respectfully
- Provide all around quality service and support to the Transchem team
Non-essential Job Functions
- Scan Customer paperwork as needed
- Print and send labels to Warehouse as needed
- Answer telephone and direct caller to the appropriate party if needed
Requirements/Training
- GHS Training
- DOT/Hazmat Employee with Packaging Training
- Chemical-Terrorism Vulnerability Information Authorized User Certification
- FEMA Active Shooter Training Certification
- Attend NACD Code Audit Meetings
All Certifications will be included in the training process.

- Team Player who is present physically and mentally
- Preferred background in Logistics and Warehousing
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,920.00 - $54,080.00 per year
