Permanent, Full time, Monday – Friday, we have two roles available working 09.00am – 6.00pm and 08.00am - 5.00pm
Salary £11.00 per hour
We are looking for a confident individual who enjoys dealing with people over the phone. This is a pro-active role where an excellent first impression is critical, providing professional and helpful answers to incoming calls.
THE JOB
- To provide a high standard of customer service to callers as their first point of contact
- To operate the switchboard and provide an efficient, helpful, and professional service to all incoming and outgoing callers, directing calls to the appropriate person / department, or taking accurate messages.
- Delivering the phone call messages to the appropriate person / department.
- Documenting all incoming calls for the dealership
- Politely and professionally making follow up calls to customers
