c.£28,000 per annum plus c.£12k OTE

We are looking for an individual to join our talented and high performing B2C and B2B team.
This is can be a fully remote role with Quarterly sales meetings in the Bristol office, or can be done as a Hybrid role from our Bristol office if you would prefer.

About the role
As a Sales Executive you would be expected to maximise sales opportunities and successfully handle enquiries from clients/business partners leads and nurturing them through the sales process.
This is a great opportunity for anyone with a B2B or B2C sales experience, industry experience is not essential, we can offer you excellent training and support to develop your career here at Kings Court Trust.
In a typical week you can be expecting too:
- Managing inbound leads and converting to sales opportunities
- Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPI's
- Delivering excellent end to end customer service
- Consulting on a wide range of estate administration services that we offer
- Identifying future sales and cross sale opportunities

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with excellent communication skills who wants to grow their career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to sell services offered
- Identify customer needs and answer their questions
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers to gain their trust for new and future business opportunities
- Manage your own account through online settings of potential clients
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Cross-sell services and products to maximize sales
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create quotes, schedule appointments, take control of the customer through phone and email.
- Keep records of customer information, process customer accounts and file documents.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication skills; ability to build trusting relationships
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and SalesForce software preferred
