PA Answer is a well established, award winning telephone answering service looking to recruit a Telephone Receptionist to join our growing team in our characteristic offices based in the center of Ely, Cambridgeshire.
PA Answer provide telephone answering, diary management, email management and complete a wide range of administration work for companies all across the UK. PA Answers PA's are required to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your day to day duties will include:
- Telephone answering
- Diary management
- Liaising with customers
- Email management
- Taking deposits
- Placing orders
Qualifications and Skills
You will require at least 5 GCSE's including English and Maths and will have an interest in customer service.
