Telephone Receptionist Inverness, Scotland
Job description
The role is to look after incoming telephone calls and to perform some light admin duties. We are looking for the successful candidate to have:
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Customer service skills
The hours of work will be either:
9am - 5pm each Friday (8 hours)
or
9am - 5pm each Wednesday & Friday (16 hours)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-16 per week
Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
