The Group Content Team is responsible for all our owned digital channels, including editorial content on bupa.com

What you’ll be doing
- Scoping and editing digital content for our corporate website
- Designing, building and editing pages in our CMS
- Auditing content to identify and resolve technical issues
- Designing content layout and flow for intuitive and meaningful customer journeys
- Managing relationships with subject matter experts to make sure content is accurate
- Managing the home page and update calendar for bupa.com
- Ensuring best practice in UX and digital content on bupa.com
- Making sure that content reflects policy, legal, security and regulatory requirements
- Delivering accurate, timely, high quality content assets
- Monitoring the performance of content and identifying areas for
- Publishing content to bupa.com via a CMS
- Identifying ways to iteratively improve content, and manage content life cycle
- Working closely with the content team to regularly update content on bupa.com
- Managing content design for pages and hubs on the website using available CMS modules
- Liaising with web development agency on technical projects and upgrades to the bupa.com
- Liaising with teams across Bupa the to manage content workflows, such as planned updates or new sections of the website
- Developing and implementing a home page calendar
- Implementing SEO strategies and exploring ways to improve our SERP ranking
What you’ll bring
- An impressive portfolio and / or examples of your digital content design and written work
- Evidence of methods and tools used in your previous content design and governance work
- Experience of publishing and creating pages and content hubs using a CMS – Sitecore would be great
- Experience of taking briefs and writing for the web, with proven ability and examples of designing content that is accessible and usable
- Planning skills, with the ability to manage shifting deadlines on multiple content requests of various scales, using shared planning tools
- Confident, persuasive communication skills with the ability to convince people that user-needs and a usable approach is the only way to present information, refining and reorganising content with that in mind
- Proven experience in using metrics and user feedback to define/refine content
- Ability to adopt a brand’s tone of voice and to consider relevant legal or regulatory requirements
- Demonstrable evidence of supporting on complex, ideally global, projects
- Highly organised, comfortable working to tight deadlines with conflicting demands on your time
