We are passionate about empowering workplace recycling and making a difference for our clients, and are a friendly enthusiastic team who assist our clients in finding solutions that meet their eco-friendly recycling requirements.
To help our business grow further we now need an Outbound Telesales Executive, experienced in Lead Generation with an excellent customer centric focus, resilience, tenacity, impeccable communication and administration skills and the desire to develop and convert initial conversations into booked appointments.
This role is primarily telephone based and you will:
- Research and identify key personnel within target markets, using LinkedIn, Lusha, and other media
- Make connections and introductions using email and direct messaging as well as the telephone
- Generate an initial interest in our product range and recycling solutions
- Book appointments for the sales team
You will need previous experience within a cold calling environment, lead generation, business development or outbound telesales environment, with a proven track record in actively researching and identifying connections within businesses, prospecting new business opportunities and booking the appointments for the sales team. You will need to be comfortable cold calling and booking appointments on the telephone.
Full and part time opportunities are available as well hybrid or home working if desired, but there will be the need to travel to the head office, near to Bridgend once a month.
Generous basic salary + commission - realistic OTE £32,000 - £35,000, dependent upon experience (for a full time person).
