Telesales Execs Needed – Flexible Hours & Location
Made Snappy 360 is one of the fastest growing virtual tour companies in Europe. Based in Plymouth, the company provides 360 Tour software to estate agents throughout the UK. Virtual tours save renters, buyers and estate agents so much time and money, it’s one of the big growth areas in the technology space. We are expanding rapidly and we’re looking to recruit people who are great on the phone, want earn excellent money and need flexibility in the hours they work and when they work them.
Person Requirements
· Great telephone manner and demonstrable experience speaking to difficult people on the telephone
· Tenacity – the ability to keep going despite getting initial rejections
· Self-discipline and strong work ethic
· Highly organised and ability to manage and prioritise their own time
· Available at least 15 hours per week
· Able to travel to Plymouth at least once a month and every day for first two weeks of training
Responsibilities
· Follow our strategic plan and data systems to identify businesses that meet our current criteria and identify decision makers
· Identify key competitors and whether they are using virtual tours for use in your pitch
· Cold call businesses to speak to decision makers with our unique script
· Explain the benefits and costs
· Set appointments for our sales team
· Keep good records in our CRM system
· Set calendar reminders to ensure you follow up on the best leads

· Flexible hours to suit you – minimum 15 hours per week

· £11 per hour plus highly attractive commission
