Our client is a well-established charity. We have an exciting opportunity available for a Deputy Manager on a full-time basis. Working from our Norfolk Campus in Dereham. The successful Deputy Manager will support the management of people and provide support for people who are within the autistic spectrum and enable them to maximise their potential and develop life skills across multiple activities.

Responsible for: Team leaders, Senior Support Workers and Support Workers
Position: Deputy Manager
Job Description:
The Deputy Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring quality and patient care is maintained. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical care, human services, or related field and experience in healthcare settings.
Essential Functions:
·Responsible for the supervision, leadership, and accountability of staff.
·Responsible for staff development and performance.
·Responsible for staff scheduling and scheduling of shifts.
·Responsible for staff housing and transport.
·Responsible for staff safety and security.
·Responsible for facility maintenance and upkeep.
·Responsible for facility cleanliness and organisation.
·Responsible for facility security at all times.
·Responsible for staff housing and transport at all times.
·Responsible for staff attendance and punctuality at all times.
·Provide oversight of all staff activities at all times (i.e., staff meetings, planning sessions, etc.)
·Other duties as assigned.

Salary: Up to £25,500.00 per year
