Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Manage virtual and face-to-face in classroom training environment effectively; administer learning activities
- Obtain and/or develop effective digital training materials utilizing a variety of media to augment and evolve existing training curriculum
- Manage existing learning material and LMS and participate in revamping and redeployment
- Train and coach managers, team leaders and others involved in employee development efforts
- Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Modify programs as needed
- Confer with management, supervisors and employees to gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives and technologies
- Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the operations team
- Formulate teaching outline and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops.
- Facilitate Agent development through collaboration with Operations and other departments post training
- Be flexible in scope to assist operations as necessary at the site level per community assignment.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or the recognized equivalent in work experience
- 2+ years’ experience training in a professional capacity; ATD certification preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in a high-volume sales environment required (Call Center preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicare insurance sales preferred
- Experience training virtually using tools such as Adobe Connect strongly preferred
- The ability to lead, engage and develop a talented pool of employees
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment and relate to all levels of staff and management and education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated competency managing LMS and other e-Learning platforms
- Resourceful, well organized and excellent communication skills in all mediums

Physical Requirements:
- This is currently a remote position; however, office presence may be required if in close proximity to one of our US sites.
- Priority consideration given to candidates who reside in one of the following US site locations: Ft. Lauderdale, Clearwater, FL; or Las Vegas, NV. Our company headquarters is in Clearwater, Florida
- Ability to lift or move office products and supplies, up to 10 pounds
