Position: Telesales Representative
Hours of Work: 42.5 Hours per week. 08.00 – 17.00 Monday - Friday.
Salary: Negotiable on experience.
Reporting to: Sales Director
You will be accountable for and will include but are not restricted to:
· Make outgoing customer calls & cold calls in order to sell our products whilst understanding the scope of the opportunity
· Researching Businesses, individuals & industry trends to identify potential new clients & markets.
· Working with senior team members to share ideas on how to win new business & service clients.
· Understand whether there is a wider opportunity sat behind the initial lead & how this can be followed up.
· Accurately & efficiently enter the customer information into the company databases giving full transparency of any conversations and/or actions required.
· Maintain a list of potential leads & follow ups & turn into appointments for the sales team.
Skills Requirement
· Proven experience as a telesales marketer or similar customer service role.
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone.
· Excellent communication & presentation skills.
· Persistent & results orientated.
· Patient & able to handle customer rejection.
· Self motivated & well organised.
· The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
· Approachable outgoing & diplomatic, fastidious about accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
