Our client, a well-established and respected telecommunications business in Bristol, is looking for a highly motivated 3rd Line Engineer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. Your primary responsibility as 3rd Line Telecoms Engineer is to resolve and deliver all queries and projects in a timely manner while maintaining exceptional customer service levels. Your Responsibilities
- Providing remote and onsite technical support
- Be a point of contact for all technical and customer service queries.
- Serve as an escalation point for junior members of the team
- performing routine maintenance
- assisting in the design of new systems
- organising and carrying out survey works and associated reports
- Installing and testing equipment
Your Skills & Experience:
- Relevant industry experience as a Telecoms / Network Engineer
- Experience working on VoiP, Mobile, unified communication, and fixed line solutions
- Exceptional team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to demonstrate natural problem solving skills
- Strong commercial awareness to identify new business opportunities
- Familiar with a ticketing platform in a fast paced technical support environment
