Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a wide broad range of administrative support functions to assist managers and supervisors
- Tackles the lead role to ensure clerical activities associated with the administrative functions are maintained at the highest standards
- Coordinate, maintain, and be responsible for multiple programs, including any of the following: various leaves, on the job injuries, payroll closeouts, budget support and statistical closeouts
- Provide clarification and act as subject matter expert
- Assist in communicating and reinforcing to all vital personnel any changes and clarifications to existing departmental, divisional, and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Acts as a resource to assist in resolving sophisticated administrative issues
- Assist contact center employees with administrative concerns and issues
- Acts as SME for policy continuously reviewing processes for improvement
- Performs duties pertinent to support the organization
- This is a hybrid position that will be based in either Houston or Chicago
